The Canadian Rockies is the perfect place to take the moment and relax in one of the many spas and salons. Banff, Canmore and Lake Louise have plenty of options. The easist way is to call your hotel and ask if they have a spa or salon in the hotel. If they do not have one in the hotel they will refer you to a few different spas and hair salons and stylists.

The prices vary from location to location so it might be best to call ahead and discuss the options available to you. Some spas have a fee that includes the use of the facilities such as pool , hot tub , sauna etc. Some spas only do particular services and bookings should always be done before you get here.
